Nel Filter with Handle

This filter with a handle is intended to be used with the Daibo Coffee Pourer to make the Japanese style of pour-over coffee known as nel drip coffee. Use one hand to hold the filter over a drinking vessel while the other hand slowly trickles water from the Daibo Coffee Pourer onto the coffee grounds within the filter.

First use instructions:
Rinse the filter with hot water, then follow with cold water to cool it down. Pinch the bottom of the filter and twist to wring out excess water. Press the filter between clean dish towels to remove additional water. Now the filter is ready for use. Rinse with warm water quickly after use, and then store in filtered water in the fridge.
