Stainless Steel Vegetable Peeler

This Y-shaped peeler takes the skin off vegetables and fruit in quick, smooth strokes. You pull the blade toward you, which makes fast work of potatoes, carrots, apples, and cucumbers. The hardened steel blade is sharp like a good kitchen knife, and the small point next to it digs out potato eyes and bad spots. The handle is shaped to sit comfortably in the hand, with a hook at the end for hanging.

Made in Japan from stainless steel. It resists rust, cleans easily, and stays sharp for years. Dishwasher safe.
