Sori Yanagi Mixing Bowl

This Japanese mixing bowl, designed by Sōri Yanagi, is a simple, well-balanced bowl for everyday kitchen prep. It is made from food-grade stainless steel and is lightweight and durable. The gently curved shape makes mixing and tossing ingredients comfortable.

Sōri Yanagi was a Japanese industrial designer who helped shape modern Japanese design after World War II. His objects are simple, practical, and comfortable to use. They draw on traditional Japanese craft while embracing modern production. His stainless steel bowl and colander series won the Good Design Award in 1999 and remains one of his best-known kitchen designs.
