Round Dish - Hikiami
These small round dishes are made in the city of Hasami, in the Nagasaki prefecture, by a 9th generation artisan, who uses a handmade pattern transfer technique. Each pattern draws on traditional Japanese designs, but is made to fit well in a modern home. These dishes are perfect for condiments or side dishes.
