Porcelain Citrus Juicer - Small

When you want fresh juice for a glass, a dressing, or a squeeze over a dish, this porcelain citrus juicer does it all in a single vessel. A halved lemon, lime, or orange pressed against the ridged cone releases cleanly into the cup below, no straining, no effort. The lid locks in place to keep the whole thing steady.

The base holds a cup of juice and lifts away to serve, so you press and pour from the same piece. It doubles as a way to dress a salad: work the citrus directly over the ingredients in the compartment, then carry it to the table.

The juicer is made from Amakusa porcelain, sourced in Nagasaki and shaped at Shiratake Kama, a kiln long devoted to Hasami-yaki. Each is finished by hand, and the care the process demands limits production to 300 pieces a month.
