The manufacturer of this kitchen knife was founded in 1917 in Solsona, Spain. This family owned company is run by the third generation craftsmen.
Made with high quality carbon steel. Carbon steel blades will keep its sharpness better than a stainless steel. However, without proper care carbon steel knives may rust easily. Make sure you keep them dry. The handle is made of boxwood.
