Katakuchi Matcha Bowl - Copper Brown Patina

This handmade katakuchi matcha bowl brings a spout to the traditional matcha bowl, so you can whisk directly in the vessel and pour a clean stream into your cup. Its wide, deep body gives a whisk plenty of room to move, while the pulled lip makes for a controlled pour.

The glaze takes its cue from aged metal, a soft stone beige with a textured surface and a comforting weight in the hand. Because of the way it's glazed, some drinks may leave marks over time, which settle in as part of the patina the piece develops with use.

Because each bowl is handmade, the color and surface vary slightly from one to the next.
