These cutting boards are designed to be used both for cooking and for serving. The carved and rounded edge design called “Ginko” brings a sense of softness to the boards. Made out of solid cherrywood from Hokkaido, Japan, these boards are durable, lightweight and the surface is not easily scratched. They are finished with walnut oil, which prevents staining from oil and water.
After use, clean the surface well, wipe off all the water and dry in the shade. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight as it may cause warping or cracking.
