TGL invites you to a tasting of various green teas, featuring Sobacha, Sencha, Gyokuro, Kabuse, and Houjicha from Japan's refined farms. Join us to explore the unique characteristics and flavors of each.

Guests will enjoy a 10% discount on all in-store purchases of tea made on the day of the session.(Exclusions may apply)

Our tea offerings are as follows: 

Tea #1
Nagano Soba Cha
Made from roasted buckwheat kernels. It has a nutty and toasty flavor with a hint of sweetness, offering a comforting and refreshing experience.
 
Tea #2
Sencha - Pure
Location: Ryogochi, Shizuoka
Taste Profile: Balanced
Cultivar: Blended
Made from an exclusive blend of early-ripening tea varieties, the result is a tea that tastes of spring itself. Grown in open fields without artificial methods, this tea retains the authentic, natural flavor of green tea.

Gyokuro - Ooen
Location: Kyoto, Uji
Taste Profile: Umami
Cultivar: Blended
Made from the youngest buds, Ooen offers a mellow flavor with a fragrant finish, making it an excellent choice for beginners exploring Gyokuro.

Tea #4
Kabuse - Aoi
Location: Yame, Fukuoka
Taste Profile: Roasted Chestnut Aroma
Cultivar: Blended
This Aoi Kabuse tea has a gentle roasted chestnut aroma and savory undertones. Its light, mellow flavor and refreshing finish pair well with desserts, offering a subtle balance to sweetness. A simple and enjoyable example of Yame's tea craftsmanship.

Tokujyo Houjicha
Location: Kyoto, Uji
Taste Profile: Fragrant, Roasted Aroma
Cultivar: Blended
It's an excellent introduction to roasted green tea, offering an authentic experience reminiscent of Kyoto's traditional tea houses.

This tasting will last approximately 75 minutes.
