TGL invites you to a tasting of matcha from one of the finest tea farms in Uji, Kyoto. Join us to taste our matcha and other beloved teas, while learning the art of brewing your own matcha.
Each guest will receive a matcha whisk (chasen) to use during the tasting and take home as a souvenir. Additionally, guests will enjoy a 10% discount on all in-store matcha purchases made on the day of the session.

Nagano Soba Cha - Nagano
Made from roasted buckwheat kernels. It has a nutty and toasty flavor with a hint of sweetness, offering a comforting and refreshing experience.

Deep and sophisticated oceanic umami with minimal off-flavors.
*Our host will demonstrate and serve a small portion of matcha for each guest to taste.

Cultivar: Okumidori + Samidori + Ujihikari (Blended)
Ideal for those newly exploring the world of matcha— widening your palate and deepening your appreciation for the complexity of matcha flavors.

Closing Tea
Kukicha - Ryogochi, Shizuoka
Taste Profile: Fragrant
Cultivar: Asatsuyu (Single Origin)
Steaming Level : Light (Asamushi)
A uniquely flavorful tea made from a blend of stems, stalks, and twigs of the tea plant, offering a mild, nutty taste with a hint of sweetness.
