All of the products are handmade by using Diatomite, a natural and non toxic material that excels at moisture retention and absorption. Due to such characteristics, diatomite can be very useful in the clean-up of spills. It instantly sucks up moisture in contact and naturally dries over time. Diatomaceous earth consists of fossilized remains of diatoms, a type of hard-shelled algae. It is used as a filtration aid, mild abrasive in products including toothpaste, mechanical insecticide, absorbent for liquids. This tray will absorb unnecessary moisture and keep soaps slime-free.
