Garden Clipper

These garden clippers are a collaboration between the manufacturer and Vallicans—a Japanese “home center”—and the ideal companion for any horticulturally-minded person. With a fully iron construction and a rest for your thumb and a grip for your index and middle fingers, these are as comfortable as they are sturdy. The spring-loaded clippers will cut through most items with ease and includes a leather sheath and band for safe storage. The iron and leather will age beautifully with regular use.

Located in Ono City, northeast of Kobe, the manufacturer of these traditional Japanese scissors has been producing high quality, handcrafted scissors and shears for over four generations since its founding in the Showa Period. Father and son, Takeo and Daisuke Tajika, forge, shape and sharpen each piece by hand using traditional methods handed down by their forbearers.
