These versatile stainless steel scissors are designed for the kitchen and can be detached for easy drying and sharpening. They are made in Ono City, northeast of Kobe, by a workshop that has been handcrafting high-quality scissors and shears for over four generations since the Showa Period. Today, father and son artisans Takeo and Daisuke Tajika continue to forge, shape, and sharpen each piece by hand using traditional methods passed down through their family.
