Our tea offerings are as follows:

Tea #1
Sencha - Okuharuka
Location: Ryogochi, Shizuoka
Taste Profile: Balanced, Fragrant
Cultivar: Okuharuka (Single Cultivar)
Okuharuka's delicate aroma, reminiscent of cherry blossoms leaves, comes from the presence of coumarin, which imparts this floral scent. This late-harvest tea variety is known for its rich umami flavors, leaving a lingering sweetness on the palate with a smooth texture and a refreshing finish similar to Shizu 7132.

Tea #2
Gyokuro - Yame Dentō Hon Gyokuro (Award Winning)
Location: Yame, Fukuoka
Taste Profile: Umami
Cultivar: Blended
In the mountainous regions of Yame, this Yame Dentō Hon Gyokuro is cultivated using traditional shading methods with rice straw mats for over 16 days, followed by hand-picking. Selected by Konomi Hisakichi, the 14th-generation tea master, these tea leaves are processed by artisans using the traditional "Hoiro" roasting method on Yame washi paper over charcoal. Awarded at the Fukuoka Prefectural Tea Competition in 2024. When you sip it, you'll enjoy the exquisite flavor of Yame Gyokuro, accompanied by a unique toasty aroma known as "hoiro-ka," with umami spreading from all sides.

Tea #3
Kuradashicha - Nyu
Location: Tokyo
Taste Profile: Fragrant, Roasted Aroma
Cultivar: Blended
Kuradashicha (蔵出し茶) is an aged Japanese tea that develops a smoother, richer flavor over time. Unlike fresh tea, it gains depth, umami, and a subtle sweetness through careful storage. Traditionally enjoyed in autumn and winter, it offers a unique, matured taste that showcases the art of aging tea.

Tea #4
Kabuse - Aoi
Location: Yame, Fukuoka
Taste Profile: Roasted Chestnut Aroma
Cultivar: Blended
This Aoi Kabuse tea has a gentle roasted chestnut aroma and savory undertones. Its light, mellow flavor and refreshing finish pair well with desserts, offering a subtle balance to sweetness. A simple and enjoyable example of Yame's tea craftsmanship.

Tea #5
Kukicha - Yame no Sato
Location: Yame, Fukuoka
Taste Profile: Fragrant
Cultivar: Blended
Made from the stems of first-flush (shincha) sencha, Kukicha Yame no Sato features a golden liquid color, floral-like aroma, and a refreshing, mellow sweetness with minimal grassy notes. Rich in amino acids, it resists astringency even with hot water and is high in Vitamin C. An excellent choice for a light and soothing daily tea.
